The Syracuse Chapter held its meeting and drew the winner of the raffle last night. The winner is Kathleen O'Leary. The ticket was sold by Bob Miller. Kathleen works in the State Office Building where Bob's stand is. Congratulations Kathleen and thank you to all those who purchased tickets.
